A hackathon is one afternoon where a small team builds one real, working thing.

Today we spend it on the everyday tasks that make us the best property management company in Europe. You do it in a team of 4, with people you don't normally work with, so you learn how your different skills fit together.

Race to 5 Stars, the Arbio Claude Hackathon  ·  Wednesday 1 July 2026, 13:30 to 18:00  ·  Berlin onsite, then the rooftop BBQ
One rule: build on what we already run, do not rebuild it
4

from kickoff to the trophy

🎯The real goal

You build with 4 people you don't usually sit next to.

You will see how your strengths fit together: one person knows the problem, another builds the fix. Different skills, one result.

🤝Your team

A mix of technical and non-technical. The non-technical person owns what good looks like and the rules. The builder wires it up. Both are hands-on.

🤖Build with Claude

Everyone uses Claude. You do not need to be an engineer to take part.

18:00Awards and trophy, then the BBQ

🚩Pick a track

🛎️Guest experience. Lifts the review score.
🧰Property ops. Cut the repetitive work.
⚙️Tech and growth. Needs a builder.
Personal best. Automate the task you dread.

🏆How it's judged

The whole room scores each team 1 to 5 on:

Originality Pitch Technical difficulty Business impact

Winners get the Race to 5 Stars trophy and the winner tees.

You leave with 2 things: a working build, and a feel for how tech and non-tech skills add up to more than either alone. That is how we win on the small things, over and over.
