Today we spend it on the everyday tasks that make us the best property management company in Europe. You do it in a team of 4, with people you don't normally work with, so you learn how your different skills fit together.
You build with 4 people you don't usually sit next to.
You will see how your strengths fit together: one person knows the problem, another builds the fix. Different skills, one result.
A mix of technical and non-technical. The non-technical person owns what good looks like and the rules. The builder wires it up. Both are hands-on.
Everyone uses Claude. You do not need to be an engineer to take part.
